Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Client Success Manager at Pylon Technologies, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing the mortgage industry by acting as a senior operational partner to our originating customers. This role transcends traditional customer support, demanding deep mortgage operations expertise and robust independent judgment to ensure loans navigate the entire lifecycle with precision, compliance, and predictability. You will be at the forefront of our mission to build the only API-first, programmatic infrastructure that fully automates credit, compliance, capital, and operations, enabling originators to scale their businesses through software, not just people.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end resolution of issues for our originating customers. This involves acting as the key operational point of contact, guiding them through every stage of the loan process. You will provide clear, accurate, and timely direction on all requirements, timelines, disclosures, and subsequent steps, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- • You will proactively manage the operational health of your assigned loans, meticulously tracking their progress against schedules and ensuring on-time closings. This requires a keen ability to identify potential blockers before they arise, drive swift resolution, and orchestrate seamless coordination between internal Pylon teams (underwriting, processing, product, engineering) and our external customers.
- • A critical aspect of this role is the proactive management of customer expectations. By providing transparent and consistent communication, you will minimize inbound escalations and reduce uncertainty, fostering a strong sense of trust and reliability.
- • You will leverage your extensive mortgage operations background to independently evaluate complex loan scenarios. This includes identifying potential structural, disclosure, or compliance risks early in the process, preventing them from escalating into costly problems. Your sharp eye for detail will be crucial in spotting missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data inputs that could otherwise lead to significant redisclosures, delays, or extensive downstream rework.
- • You are expected to provide firm, professional guidance to customers when corrections or adherence to established processes are necessary. This requires a confident and authoritative approach, grounded in your deep understanding of mortgage regulations and best practices.
- • Collaboration is key. You will partner closely with Pylon's underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure clean handoffs and aligned execution throughout the loan lifecycle. You will also serve as a trusted escalation point, empowered to resolve complex or high-stakes issues directly, thereby reducing the need for leadership intervention and streamlining problem-solving.
- • Furthermore, you will coordinate effectively with third-party vendors, ensuring that any issues involving them are addressed efficiently, quickly, and with the utmost accuracy.
- • Your role extends to providing invaluable feedback to our Systems and Product teams. By identifying recurring patterns, unique edge cases, and workflow gaps that impact loan quality or the customer experience, you will directly contribute to the enhancement of our automated systems. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to help define requirements, establish necessary guardrails, and set operational acceptance criteria, ensuring our technology evolves with real-world mortgage insights.
- • You will contribute your real-world mortgage expertise to improve our automation capabilities, refine our tooling, and enhance our system-driven decisioning processes. This feedback loop is vital for Pylon's continuous innovation and market leadership.
- • Maintaining meticulous documentation of all customer interactions, decisions made, and follow-up actions is essential. This ensures accountability, provides a clear audit trail, and supports ongoing learning and process improvement. You will also ensure all customer-facing communication adheres strictly to regulatory requirements, internal standards, and established operational best practices, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and compliance.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess a strong sense of ownership, and are passionate about shaping the future of automated mortgage infrastructure. If you are excited about operating with rigor today while actively contributing to the design and implementation of next-generation mortgage technology, this opportunity is for you.
