- • Test and iterate on existing CBT interventions delivered by Limbic Care’s generative AI chatbot, ensuring clinical quality, efficacy, and patient safety.
- • Create new clinical content from scratch by writing and refining prompts that direct generative AI agents to deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy.
- • Conduct clinical testing across multiple AI models to evaluate the safety, accuracy, and therapeutic effectiveness of AI-generated responses.
- • Work within a fast-paced, four-week contract to accelerate development of Limbic Care, a patient-facing CBT application already used by over 500,000 patients.
- • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams remotely, with full support available during the UK working week, but with flexibility to complete hours outside standard business hours.
- • Ensure all AI-generated clinical content adheres to professional standards for psychological intervention and complies with regulatory expectations for digital mental health tools.
- • Participate in at least four hours of weekly meetings that must overlap with the UK working day to align on clinical direction and feedback.
- • Begin prompt engineering and clinical iteration with minimal onboarding — no prior software engineering or coding experience is required.
- • Operate independently with high autonomy, leveraging clinical expertise to shape the behavior of AI systems delivering mental health care.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries in handling patient-facing clinical content and AI interactions.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of a regulated Class IIa medical device used in adult mental health diagnostics and therapy.
- • Ensure all work aligns with professional licensure standards and ethical guidelines for psychological practice in the UK or US.
- • Do not engage in any concurrent work with other companies developing AI products for mental or behavioral healthcare due to conflict of interest restrictions.
- • Complete 20 hours of work per week over the four-week contract period without any planned leave or scheduling conflicts.
- • Deliver high-quality, clinically sound AI prompts that reflect real-world CBT techniques and therapeutic best practices.
- • Provide clear, actionable feedback on AI output to improve clinical fidelity and reduce risk of harm or misinterpretation.
- • Work directly on a product that is peer-reviewed, published in leading journals, and advised by global governments.
🎯 Requirements
- • A qualified psychologist or psychotherapist with extensive experience delivering CBT.
- • Current registration or licensure with an appropriate regulatory body (BABCP for UK applicants; equivalent US licensure required).
- • Experience working with or for an AI company, or extensive hands-on experience in prompt engineering and testing clinical LLM conversations.
- • Resident in the UK or the US.
- • Able to start within the next week and fully available for the entire four-week contract with no planned leave.
- • Not currently employed by or contracted to any other company developing AI products for mental or behavioral healthcare.
