- • Participate in fit/gap analysis sessions to understand clients’ business processes and identify operational gaps.
- • Conduct business process analysis by studying functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats to determine client operational objectives.
- • Perform needs assessments by collecting data on work procedures, workflows, reports, and other customer business needs.
- • Determine system utilization requirements through research and testing of existing systems.
- • Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision to support client business needs.
- • Create detailed workflow and process diagrams to visualize and communicate business processes to stakeholders.
- • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate requirements into mockups and design specifications.
- • Serve as the Product Owner within Agile scrum teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, from sprint planning to delivery.
- • Organize and lead demonstrations of developed functionality for management, end users, and internal staff at key milestones.
- • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) either directly with end users or on their behalf to validate system alignment with business needs.
- • Communicate policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately to diverse audiences through strong verbal and written skills.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks with strong organizational and planning skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability in a remote setting.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and client demands in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- • Interface confidently with clients across multiple business units and levels of authority to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- • Utilize web-based systems and technology tools effectively to support analysis, documentation, and collaboration.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Experience in Agile development processes
- • Experience gathering and analyzing business processes
- • Must be able to obtain U.S. Public Trust Clearance (U.S. Citizen)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
