- • As a Clinical Practice Support Expert in Removables, you will serve as the localized clinical authority for training and customer excellence, driving adoption of digital workflows in dental practices across Australia.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering live onboarding and coaching sessions (both virtual and in-practice), observing workflows to reinforce best practices, resolving complex clinical cases, and acting as a liaison between clinicians and the lab to ensure accurate outcomes.
- • You will operate with high autonomy, managing your own scheduling, travel logistics (up to 50% travel), and supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve clinical processes and customer experience.
- • Dandy is a venture-backed innovator transforming the $200B dental industry by building a global operating system for dental offices, empowering clinicians with technology and support to modernize their practices.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in digital dentistry, influence product and workflow localization, mentor peers, and contribute to shaping Dandy’s market launch strategy in Australia.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in a high-volume dental lab or clinical environment focused on full and partial dentures, with proven ability to coach or mentor others.
- • Deep hands-on proficiency with 3Shape TRIOS and other major intraoral scanners.
- • Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows, including 3+ years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design or similar systems.
- • Experience delivering live clinical training (virtual and/or in-person) with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex clinical and technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- • Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong knowledge of local Australian dental norms, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
