- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, or emotional struggles.
- • Deliver services through a hybrid model that includes both in-person sessions at LifeStance Health office locations and telehealth sessions conducted from a home office.
- • Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and legal standards for licensed mental health professionals.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care aligned with LifeStance Health’s mission of integrated mental and physical healthcare.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- • Document client progress accurately and timely in electronic health records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- • Adhere to evidence-based treatment protocols and continuously apply clinically validated interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision as required by the organization and licensing board.
- • Work within a network of outpatient offices across Massachusetts, including Brookline, Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Wellesley, and other listed locations.
- • Serve clients across the lifespan, with flexibility to specialize in either adult, child, or adolescent populations based on training and expertise.
- • Maintain a caseload that supports both clinical excellence and sustainable practice standards.
- • Uphold LifeStance Health’s commitment to accessible, affordable, and trusted mental healthcare for all patients.
- • Engage in team-based care models that emphasize continuity, cultural competence, and patient-centered outcomes.
- • Coordinate with referral sources, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless client care.
- • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits as part of organizational standards.
- • Ensure all clinical practices align with state licensing regulations and federal healthcare compliance standards.
- • Contribute to a culture of professional growth, peer support, and clinical innovation within the behavioral health team.
