- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- • Deliver services through a hybrid model that includes both in-person sessions at LifeStance Health office locations and telehealth sessions from a home office.
- • Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards for licensed mental health professionals.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care for clients.
- • Document client progress accurately and timely using electronic health records systems.
- • Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- • Work within a structured outpatient practice model focused on accessible, affordable, and high-quality behavioral healthcare.
- • Serve clients across a broad spectrum of behavioral health challenges including social, emotional, and behavioral struggles.
- • Participate in clinical supervision, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives as required by the organization.
- • Adhere to LifeStance Health’s mission of unifying mental and physical healthcare to improve client outcomes.
- • Practice in one or more of the following office locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, Woburn.
- • Maintain licensure in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists or be license-eligible with a clear pathway to full licensure.
- • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in serving diverse client populations.
- • Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all client interactions and record-keeping.
- • Engage in regular performance evaluations and professional development opportunities provided by LifeStance Health.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive clinical culture focused on client-centered care and provider well-being.
