- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting at LifeStance Health Group offices.
- • Deliver individualized mental health care for conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, or emotional challenges.
- • Utilize clinically validated interventions aligned with best practices in behavioral health to support client outcomes.
- • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning in accordance with professional ethical and legal standards.
- • Serve clients through a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person sessions at designated LifeStance Health office locations and telehealth sessions conducted from a home office.
- • Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment focused on integrating mental and physical healthcare to improve overall patient well-being.
- • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- • Adhere to LifeStance Health’s mission of expanding access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare for all clients.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision as required by the organization and licensing bodies.
- • Operate within licensed scope of practice as a Psychologist (EdD, PsyD, or PhD) and comply with all state licensing regulations.
- • Engage with clients across diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
- • Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency in outpatient clinic settings.
- • Maintain confidentiality and data security in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.
- • Contribute to a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability within the clinical team.
- • Serve clients in one or more of the following locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, Woburn.
- • Accept responsibility for scheduling, continuity of care, and client retention within assigned caseload.
- • Align clinical practice with LifeStance Health’s commitment to scalable, high-quality behavioral health services across Massachusetts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist with EdD, PsyD, or PhD
- • Demonstrated experience in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children/adolescents
- • Valid, active, or pending license to practice psychology in the state of Massachusetts
