- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child clients in an outpatient clinical setting at LifeStance Health Group offices.
- • Deliver individualized mental healthcare services to clients presenting with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, or emotional challenges.
- • Utilize clinically validated interventions tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring alignment with best practices in behavioral health.
- • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment planning for patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- • Work within a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person client sessions at one of LifeStance Health’s outpatient office locations and telehealth sessions conducted from a home office.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
- • Adhere to all ethical guidelines, licensure requirements, and organizational policies governing psychological practice.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision as required by the organization and licensing bodies.
- • Serve as a trusted provider within the LifeStance Health network, contributing to the mission of expanding access to affordable, personalized mental healthcare.
- • Engage with clients in office locations including Plymouth, MA, and other listed Massachusetts communities such as Arlington, Boston, Cambridge, Framingham, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, and more.
- • Maintain professional boundaries and cultural competence while serving diverse patient populations across varied socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds.
- • Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling, billing, and client communication processes.
- • Remain current with evolving clinical standards and therapeutic modalities relevant to child and adult psychology.
- • Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that prioritizes mental health equity and accessibility.
- • Represent LifeStance Health professionally in all client interactions and community engagements.
- • Support organizational goals by maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and client satisfaction.
- • Accept referrals and manage caseloads in alignment with practice capacity and clinical priorities.
- • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and data privacy protocols in handling sensitive patient information.
