- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child clients in an outpatient clinical setting at LifeStance Health Group offices.
- • Deliver individualized mental healthcare services to clients presenting with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, or emotional challenges.
- • Utilize clinically validated interventions aligned with best practices in behavioral health to support client progress and long-term well-being.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- • Work within a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person client sessions at designated LifeStance Health office locations and telehealth sessions conducted from a home office.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients across the lifespan.
- • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by licensing boards and professional associations.
- • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical competence and service delivery.
- • Serve as a trusted provider within the LifeStance Health network, contributing to the mission of expanding access to affordable, personalized mental healthcare.
- • Engage with clients in one or more of the following office locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, or Woburn.
- • Maintain licensure in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists or be license-eligible with a clear pathway to full licensure.
- • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in serving diverse populations across age groups, backgrounds, and identities.
- • Embrace a patient-centered approach that prioritizes empathy, confidentiality, and therapeutic rapport.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive workplace culture focused on clinical excellence and organizational growth.
- • Participate in onboarding, training, and orientation programs specific to LifeStance Health’s clinical protocols and systems.
