- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- • Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions grounded in clinically validated approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and insurance standards.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.
- • Provide telehealth services from a home office as part of a hybrid scheduling model.
- • Work in-person at one or more LifeStance Health office locations including Weymouth, MA, and other listed Massachusetts communities.
- • Adhere to all professional licensing requirements and ethical guidelines set forth by state and national psychological boards.
- • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, continuing education, and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
- • Engage with patients and families to build trust, promote treatment adherence, and support long-term mental health outcomes.
- • Contribute to a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and accessibility in mental healthcare delivery.
- • Support LifeStance Health’s mission to unify mental and physical healthcare by delivering affordable, personalized, and trusted services.
- • Work within a structured practice environment that provides administrative support, scheduling assistance, and clinical resources to enhance service delivery.
- • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks governing mental health practice.
- • Adapt treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving clinical needs.
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their therapeutic journey, ensuring continuity and consistency of care.
- • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions as scheduled by the clinical leadership team.
- • Uphold the organization’s commitment to reducing barriers to mental healthcare access across diverse populations and communities.
