- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- • Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions grounded in empirically supported practices tailored to each client’s needs.
- • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.
- • Offer services through a hybrid model that includes both in-person sessions at one of LifeStance Health’s outpatient office locations and telehealth sessions conducted from a home office.
- • Work within a structured clinical framework that supports consistent, high-quality care delivery across multiple office sites.
- • Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing psychological practice in Massachusetts.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision as required by the organization.
- • Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and inclusive care.
- • Maintain a caseload that supports both clinical excellence and operational sustainability.
- • Coordinate with administrative staff to manage scheduling, billing, and client communication efficiently.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- • Represent LifeStance Health professionally in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the community.
- • Support the organization’s mission to improve access to affordable, trusted, and personalized mental healthcare.
- • Work in one of the following office locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, or Woburn.
🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist with EdD, PsyD, or PhD
- • Valid license to practice psychology in the state of Massachusetts
- • Experience providing evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and related conditions in adults and/or children/adolescents
