📋 Description

• • The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) provides essential support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP and GPP.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing study site management to protect patient safety and ensure high-quality data, conducting site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out), managing investigational product inventory and reconciliation, reviewing data for discrepancies, identifying and processing Serious Adverse Events, and maintaining accurate documentation via trip reports, communication logs, and trial master files.
• • Precision for Medicine is a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease therapies, aiming to improve the speed, cost, and success rate of bringing life-changing treatments to patients.
• • In this role, the CRA II will develop expertise in clinical monitoring, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in oncology and phase I trials while building strong relationships with investigators and study teams, and contributing to audit readiness and data integrity across multiple studies.
