• • The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) role at Precision for Medicine supports clinical trial execution by ensuring patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance across study sites in oncology and rare disease therapeutic areas. This position is critical to accelerating the delivery of life-changing therapies by integrating clinical operations with scientific rigor and advanced data sciences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits (initiation, routine monitoring, close-out), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing investigator site files, managing investigational product accountability, identifying and reporting serious adverse events, maintaining trial management systems, and communicating protocol deviations to project teams. The CRA II also supports site startup activities, audit readiness, and patient recruitment strategies while working independently with minimal supervision.
