- • As a Clinical Systems Lead, you will serve as the functional lead for delivering one or more clinical system study implementations, ensuring systems are configured, tested, and maintained to meet study specifications and regulatory standards throughout the study lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers to track and report project status, leading study configuration and documentation efforts to ensure high quality and timeliness, providing system demonstrations to internal and client stakeholders, authoring User Requirements Specifications, performing system configuration and setup, and conducting quality control checks or participating in testing to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- • You will join the Clinical Systems Department at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to advancing clinical research through innovation and quality. The team works closely with systems such as IRT, RTSM, EDC, RBQM, Opra, ClinSpark, eTMF, and CTMS, and includes roles in project management, system design, and implementation validation, with strong internal mentorship and growth opportunities.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in clinical trial systems, regulatory compliance (GAMP, ISO), and study lifecycle management, while gaining leadership experience in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement—positioning you for advancement within a globally recognized organization committed to innovation and employee growth.
