Cloud Network Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Cloud Network Engineer at Applied Information Sciences, Inc., you will support the operation of the cloud backbone for network communications systems for a federal client in the DMV area, providing specifications and detailed schematics for cloud network architectures while administering, monitoring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of systems.
• • Day to day, you will conduct testing of network designs, implement security controls and disaster recovery/business continuity plans, deploy infrastructure as code with automated pipelines, perform advanced performance tuning, and lead root-cause analysis to ensure reliability and optimal user experience in hybrid-cloud environments.
