- • In this role as a Cloud Operations Engineer I, you will be instrumental in supporting the core infrastructure that enables our delivery of exceptional services to clients. You will engage directly with our Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments on a daily basis, taking ownership of provisioning and optimizing systems, meticulously investigating and resolving performance bottlenecks, and diligently supporting the integrations and configurations essential for seamless project progression through implementation, testing, and launch phases. Your responsibilities will extend to close collaboration with our Service Delivery and Product teams, providing agile support wherever necessary to ensure the unwavering stability, robust security, and optimal readiness of our environments for upcoming milestones.
- • We are seeking an individual who demonstrates a strong aptitude for rapid learning, possesses the discipline to follow established runbooks while proactively identifying and suggesting improvements, and excels at managing concurrent ongoing tasks alongside incoming requests with a composed and organized demeanor. The ability to leverage AI tools effectively for troubleshooting, automation, and enhancing overall work efficiency is highly valued. - • Your day-to-day will involve monitoring system health, performance, and availability across various AWS services. You will be responsible for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure resources, ensuring they meet performance, security, and cost-efficiency objectives. This includes working with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning and configuration management. You will actively participate in troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaboration with development and operations teams will be key to ensuring smooth application deployments and operational stability.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud operations practices by researching and recommending new technologies and methodologies. You will assist in maintaining and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. Security best practices will be paramount, and you will be involved in implementing and monitoring security controls to protect our cloud environments and sensitive data. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including provisioning, managing, and monitoring cloud resources.

- • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
