• • The Cloud Provisioning Engineer designs and builds secure, opinionated cloud environments and platforms for Allstate, enabling infrastructure and application teams to deploy software reliably and securely across public cloud environments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include automating cloud services via CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible, collaborating with teams to align applications with security and operational standards, and contributing to engineering roadmaps and proof-of-concepts for cloud platform evolution.
• • The role sits within Allstate’s ATSV Infrastructure Services team, which engineers and operates the company’s multi-cloud platforms, enforcing security, compliance, and operational excellence across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
• • The engineer will deepen expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation while mentoring teams in extreme programming, immutable infrastructure, and cloud-as-a-service models, directly impacting Allstate’s ability to innovate in protection and customer-centric technology solutions.
