📋 Description
- • You will drive positive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor by providing feedback and insights from customers and partners, serving as the Voice of Customer to share best practices and connect with Microsoft’s Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence solution roadmaps.
- • You will deliver an end-to-end value proposition for Security, focusing on Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Identity + Access Management, and Cloud Security across Microsoft’s security offerings.
- • You will position and implement solutions that increase Security product adoption, helping customers realize value from their Microsoft investments and resolving customer blockers using Solution Architect expertise, aligned with Microsoft best practices and reusable intellectual property.
- • You will accelerate business value through improved security posture by ensuring solutions follow the "Secure by Design" framework, emphasizing high performance, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
- • You will align your personal skill development with team and Customer Success goals to accelerate customer outcomes, contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) creation and reuse, and support broader organizational objectives.
- • You will conduct Architectural Design Sessions to co-create solution plans with customers, ensuring alignment with their business goals and technical environments, resulting in consensus on design and clear next steps toward production.
- • You will collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders—including FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting—to design and deliver complex, end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Security platform.
- • You will own the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, guiding customers through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements to maximize the value of their Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 investments.
- • This role is fully remote, with the ability to work from home without geographic restriction within the MAR region.
- • You will operate within the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, contributing to its mission of empowering customers to accelerate business value through differentiated, technology-driven customer experiences.
- • You will leverage Microsoft’s technology ecosystem and industry expertise to modernize and simplify customer interactions, supporting Concentrix’s role as an intelligent transformation partner.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- • OR equivalent experience
- • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
- • 4+ years experience working on technical projects
- • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) or security certifications
