- • As a CNC Programmer at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting engineering and production teams by translating mechanical designs into precise CNC code for Trumpf machinery, directly impacting manufacturing efficiency and product quality in the company’s mission to power AI infrastructure with sustainable energy solutions.
- • Day to day, you will develop CNC programs from mechanical designs, generate .DXF files, use Trumpf Boost software to program tool paths, select and issue sheet metal via MRP systems, verify production documents, release jobs to production, program custom one-off parts, integrate feedback into 3D models, attend engineering-production handoffs, evaluate designs for machinability, drive process improvements, support and train operators, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong knowledge and proficiency with CNC programming software including Auto-Cad Inventor 3D, 2D AutoCad, and Trumpf Boost
- • Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software, with familiarity in Infor Visual considered a plus
- • Excellent understanding of CNC machine tool principles and operation, particularly Trumpf equipment
- • Ability to accurately check engineering drawings and CNC programs for errors and optimization opportunities
- • Commitment to safety and compliance, including willingness to undergo background check and drug test
- • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
