- • Build, drive, and optimize Search & DSP marketing campaigns on commerce media platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, ABSCO, and Costco to meet and exceed client goals measured by conversion rates and ROI.
- • Foster strong client relationships through weekly phone, email, and in-person interactions to achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and maintain Client Retention at 95% or higher.
- • Integrate Tinuiti’s proprietary technology suite, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, into campaign activations to enhance performance tracking and drive client-specific outcomes.
- • Maintain up-to-date expertise on all relevant commerce media platforms by proactively educating clients on program updates, new features, and strategic benefits.
- • Obtain and maintain annual certifications for all applicable commerce media platforms to ensure compliance and technical proficiency.
- • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to extract actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and improve key metrics such as ROAS and sales volume.
- • Communicate holistic campaign strategies to clients by interpreting cross-channel trends and leveraging data insights within your assigned channels.
- • Proactively diagnose opportunities for growth and efficiency, implementing changes to improve client profitability, brand awareness, and sales performance.
- • Identify and propose new marketing opportunities or repurposed strategies to maximize campaign impact across commerce media ecosystems.
- • Demonstrate thought leadership within the commerce media vertical by contributing insights internally and externally to elevate team knowledge and industry standing.
- • Prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple client accounts, partner relationships, and internal initiatives to ensure timely delivery of all objectives.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools, strategies, and AI-driven solutions, measuring success through client feedback and performance outcomes.
