- • Build, drive, and optimize successful Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Kroger Search marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem to meet and exceed client goals for a full roster of eCommerce clients
- • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms applicable to your book of business and uphold annual certifications for those platforms
- • Independently assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to ensure sustainable achievement of growth, retention, and profitability targets for managed clients
- • Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms
- • Achieve Same Store Growth targets for clients you manage or support
- • Communicate the holistic strategy behind client KPIs by interpreting digital marketing analytics and commerce media trends to inform recommendations
- • Proactively design creative, client-tailored solutions in collaboration with account team peers and leaders
- • Demonstrate thought leadership within the commerce media vertical by contributing insights both internally and externally
- • Foster strong client rapport through weekly interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed
- • Drive client relationships to achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and maintain Client Retention at 95% or above
- • Utilize advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support campaign analysis, reporting, and presentation
- • Analyze data and leverage analytics tools to drive data-informed marketing decisions
- • Manage time effectively across multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives while prioritizing tasks and multitasking efficiently
- • Maintain familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, and related tools including Skai, Helium10, and Analytic Index
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience in commerce media or digital advertising roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $20k+
- • Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc.
- • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple clients and internal initiatives
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with external clients and internal teams
