- • As a Commerce Operations Senior Specialist at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce success for clients by owning and leading account management, optimizing marketplace performance, and ensuring operational excellence across Amazon and other platforms—directly contributing to measurable growth and reduced waste through data-driven strategies.
- • Day to day, you will support senior strategy leads on key accounts while independently owning others, managing daily project and process workflows, developing and implementing holistic e-commerce marketplace strategies, conducting catalog data audits to improve SEO and customer experience, troubleshooting operational challenges, creating and executing client meeting agendas and recaps with clear action items, achieving Same Store Growth targets, analyzing large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets to uncover trends and make recommendations, assisting in the creation of client-facing decks (QBRs, campaign recaps) with attention to formatting and brand alignment, utilizing performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities, managing Marketplace case logs and collaborating with the Operations Team for timely resolution, supporting cross-team client communications and deliverables, providing input on team initiatives to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing, maintaining consistent client communication via phone and email, building strong relationships aimed at achieving a Client Satisfaction score of 9+ and 95%+ Client Retention.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in e-commerce operations, advanced data analysis, client strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for growth into leadership roles within Commerce Operations or broader marketing strategy, while gaining exposure to enterprise-level clients and cutting-edge retail media platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations account management with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies
- • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry
- • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to process large data files and create customized reporting
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with client-facing experience required and agency experience preferred
- • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives in an autonomous environment
- • High attention to detail with the capacity to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
