📋 Description

• • As a Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist, you will resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity for personal and commercial lines, requiring licensing in multiple states to handle claims nationwide.
• • You will manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision, handle liability injury claims, process first notice of loss calls, make coverage and liability determinations, evaluate subrogation potential, develop negotiation strategies, and communicate case facts to supervisors or committees.
• • You will join Mobilitas, a commercial insurance company created by CSAA Insurance Group, focused on reinventing commercial insurance in the mobility space with innovative solutions and a mission-driven culture.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in casualty claims handling, gain experience across multiple state jurisdictions, build negotiation and investigative skills, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, sustainability, and continuous learning while working remotely with occasional travel for team meetings.
