• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in **CLOSING DEALS**. This involves the comprehensive drafting, meticulous review, and skillful negotiation of a wide array of commercial agreements. Your primary focus will be on go-to-market and sales transactions, including complex enterprise customer contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Agreements, and security-related addendums. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams, acting as a trusted advisor to accelerate deal execution and drive revenue growth. A key objective will be to streamline procurement cycles, ensuring efficiency without compromising on prudent risk management. You will also play a vital role in supporting contract expansions, renewals, and high-stakes strategic customer negotiations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for clearly and practically structuring the allocation of risks associated with our AI technologies, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
• • Beyond individual deal closure, you will be tasked with **BUILDING THE COMMERCIAL ENGINE**. This entails developing scalable contract templates and fallback positions that can be adapted to various scenarios. By analyzing patterns in contract redlines, you will proactively refine our overall contract strategy, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. You will design and implement approval workflows that are aligned with our sales velocity, ensuring that legal processes support, rather than hinder, business momentum. A crucial aspect of this role will be tracking and improving key legal-related deal metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize our commercial operations. You will also partner with internal teams on audits and diligence requests, ensuring compliance and preparedness. Staying abreast of the latest legal developments, particularly those affecting AI technologies, will be essential to maintaining our competitive edge and mitigating potential risks.
