Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of critical kitchen infrastructure for diverse clients, ranging from restaurants and corporate dining to large entertainment venues and healthcare facilities.
  • • You will leverage your strong mechanical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting skills, and ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues. You must be comfortable working with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam equipment, open flames, heated surfaces, liquids, and the risk of electrical shock in various environmental conditions, including damp, humid, or freezing settings. Additionally, you may need to work on ladders, roofs, and other elevated places.
