đź“‹ Description
- • The Commercial Operations Manager at LottieFiles will play a pivotal role in scaling the home care partner network, which currently supports ~2,000 care providers across the UK. This role is critical to building the operational infrastructure that enables partners to succeed at scale, reducing reliance on manual intervention and ensuring sustainable growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and owning operational playbooks, self-serve resources, documentation, and automated workflows; managing client-facing relationships with home care operators at head office and branch level; handling difficult conversations with empathy and confidence; collaborating with the CS ops team to identify and close process gaps; proactively educating partners on success metrics to prevent churn; managing operational queries around invoicing, payments, and onboarding; supporting partner retention by helping operators understand ROI and flagging risks; and feeding insights from the partner network back into product, engineering, and sales teams.
- • LottieFiles is a fast-growing, mission-driven tech company founded in 2021 with over £25m in funding from tier 1 VCs (Accel and General Catalyst). The company is building the AI operating system for social care, aiming to make finding care as easy as booking a holiday. The Marketplace team, where this role sits, is central to connecting families with trusted care providers and enabling providers to thrive through technology.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in scaling marketplace operations, designing scalable systems for high-volume partner networks, and developing stakeholder management skills in emotionally complex, financially pressured environments. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of care tech operations, contribute directly to product and strategy through field insights, and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

- • Passion for Lottie’s mission to elevate later life and build the care sector of the future
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with excellent commission potential

- • 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays
- • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 core office days per week at the London Bridge office
- • Access to a mission-driven culture with a 4.9/5 employee rating on Glassdoor and recognition as a top UK startup
