📋 Description
- • The Commercial Strategy Analyst works with business leadership to understand objectives, operational processes, gaps, and challenges, playing a key role in driving strategic improvements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business issues using internal and external data, developing performance reports, conducting business diagnostics, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- • The analyst develops recommendations to streamline operations, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, improve workflows, and elevate client experience outcomes.
- • They deliver findings to stakeholders, collaborate with Operations and business owners to design and execute improvement plans, and support implementation through training and education.

- • The analyst will gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement, building expertise in business transformation and data-driven decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Eligibility for any required U.S. government authorizations due to potential access to export-controlled commodities and technology
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from internal and external sources to support business decisions
