- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Paddle’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other key platforms by translating product updates, campaigns, and cultural moments into engaging, on-brand short-form copy; monitoring mentions, comments, and sentiment using tools like Sprout, Buffer, or Brandwatch; triaging potential issues via established escalation playbooks; supporting press office operations such as tracking media coverage, compiling briefing packs, and maintaining updated media and influencer lists; drafting and proofing press releases, quotes, and talking points aligned with approved messaging; producing weekly coverage reports and social dashboards for internal stakeholders; maintaining comms and social calendars, trackers, and templates to improve team efficiency; collaborating with Customer Support and Risk teams to ensure tone consistency during customer-facing interactions; and partnering with internal departments to source authentic stories, thought leadership content, and culture-driven moments for external amplification.
- • The Communications team at Paddle operates within a transparent, collaborative, and respectful culture grounded in the company’s core values: Paddle Together, Paddle Simply, and Paddle for Others. Success in this position can lead to greater ownership of campaigns, mentorship opportunities, and progression into senior communications or marketing roles within Paddle’s expanding global team.
🎯 Requirements

- • Four months of paid family leave available to all employees regardless of gender, reflecting Paddle’s commitment to inclusivity and support for caregivers.
- • Annual learning fund and access to regular internal and external training programs to foster continuous professional development.
- • Private healthcare and well-being initiatives designed to support physical and mental health.
