• • Join Vonage as a Communications Architect to design, operate, and enhance global enterprise voice systems, ensuring carrier-grade reliability and call quality for businesses worldwide.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and maintaining voice infrastructure (SBCs, policy servers, voice gateways), troubleshooting SIP signaling and call flow issues, participating in on-call rotations, collaborating with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams, partnering with vendors for platform updates, implementing monitoring and automation, and contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of the voice environment.
