- • Strategic communications lead for Agilent’s newly integrated Global Operations organization, driving clear and compelling messaging that connects operational transformation, sustainability commitments, and enterprise priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
- • Serve as primary communications partner to the Chief Operations and Quality Officer and Global Operations leadership team, developing executive content, strategic plans, and supporting leadership engagement through town halls and presentations.
- • Translate complex operational topics into accessible messaging for diverse internal audiences, including frontline employees with limited computer access, while highlighting Global Operations’ impact on customer value and growth strategy.
- • Support ESG and sustainability communications by collaborating with External Communications and Investor Relations to develop stories that reinforce Agilent’s environmental stewardship and responsible manufacturing commitments.
- • Partner with cross-functional leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and operations strategy to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging during organizational transformation.
- • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, provide regular updates for executive and ad-hoc reviews, and explore innovative approaches to drive employee engagement.
- • Work in a hybrid-remote role with preference for commuting to Santa Clara, California, contributing to Agilent’s mission of delivering trusted insights that improve the world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of communications and executive communications experience
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong presence as a trusted communications adviser to top executives
- • Experience leading change and transformation communications
- • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with ability to develop outstanding executive presentations
- • Skilled at navigating a complex, matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional teams
