📋 Description

• • As Community Lead at Ramp, you will build and scale the company’s community program to transform users into advocates and strengthen Ramp’s position as a trusted partner in financial operations, directly contributing to retention, brand awareness, and expansion.
• • You will design and execute community strategy, grow regional and vertical-based chapters, create engaging experiences like events and awards programs, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Social teams to align initiatives with business goals and capture content at scale.
• • You will join a fast-moving, builder-focused team at Ramp, a company powering financial infrastructure for over 50,000 businesses and $100B+ in annualized spend, where high agency, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination are valued over pedigree.
• • You will develop repeatable, measurable frameworks that turn community momentum into scalable impact, gaining experience in advocacy program design, data-driven community health measurement, and strategic cross-functional leadership in a high-growth fintech environment.
