📋 Description

• Community Manager at Jerry Technologies Inc. responsible for building and growing the company's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok to engage users where conversations about car ownership naturally occur
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including creating platform-specific playbooks for when to post, reply, or remain silent, while growing trusted communities like subreddits
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms and measure success through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics
• Join a mission-driven company redefining car ownership through its AI-powered super app, serving over 5 million users and backed by $240M in funding, where authentic community engagement drives product adoption and trust
• Opportunity to shape how a fast-growing fintech/insurtech brand interacts with consumers in high-impact digital spaces, combining creativity with data-informed strategy to build long-term brand affinity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
• Platform-native expertise with ability to write in authentic tones that earn engagement on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora without corporate-speak
• Strategic mindset focused on building scalable systems, including understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to humanize complex or stressful topics like car insurance and repairs to build trust and engagement
