- • As a member of the Growth Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role across the entire go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle, operating with a high degree of ownership. This is a dynamic, cross-functional position where you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to shape the evolution of modern revenue operations. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our AI-native platform, identifying critical growth opportunities, and ensuring our customers achieve tangible Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Your responsibilities will span demand generation, customer onboarding, and post-sales success, all aimed at maximizing platform adoption and customer impact. You will lead strategic engagements with sales leaders and executives at our client organizations, meticulously uncovering their unique pain points and architecting high-leverage solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
- • A key aspect of this role involves acting as a crucial liaison between our customers and our internal product and engineering teams. You will translate real-world customer feedback, insights, and needs into actionable input for our product roadmap and the development of new features. This collaborative effort ensures our platform continuously evolves to meet the dynamic demands of the market.
- • You will partner directly with customers to co-create and execute strategic sales motions leveraging the Rox platform. This hands-on involvement will help them unlock new levels of efficiency and effectiveness in their sales processes. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to our messaging and positioning efforts by synthesizing and articulating real-world customer outcomes and success stories.
- • To facilitate scalable GTM operations, you will actively contribute to the design and refinement of internal playbooks, processes, and tooling. This includes developing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our internal teams are equipped to support our growing customer base effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, with experience managing relationships with VP-level stakeholders or above
- • Background in go-to-market or experience working closely with enterprise GTM or finance teams
- • Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
- • Deep empathy for enterprise customers and a passion for helping them succeed
- • Strong analytical mindset – comfort working with metrics, success criteria, and customer data
- • STEM degree or quantitative background preferred
- • Demonstrated interest in AI and ability to speak to current trends or tools
- • Previous experience in consulting, banking, or similar structured environments is a plus
