  • • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for WalkMe’s generative and agentic AI portfolio, translating complex AI capabilities into crisp, differentiated positioning that resonates with CIOs, transformation leaders, and AI innovation teams across Fortune 1000 enterprises.
  • • Conduct rigorous market and competitive intelligence—synthesizing insights from analysts, customers, sellers, and industry experts—to shape the roadmap for agentic products that connect disparate applications and unlock new levels of human productivity.
  • • Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that move beyond technical feature lists to articulate tangible business outcomes: faster process automation, reduced change-management costs, and measurable ROI from AI investments.
  • • Design repeatable, scalable launch playbooks that include pricing and packaging models, customer evidence programs, ROI calculators, and persona-based content to accelerate pipeline velocity and expansion revenue.
  • • Partner daily with Product Management and R&D to influence feature prioritization, user experience design, and packaging decisions, ensuring every new AI capability lands in-market with a story that excites both prospects and existing customers.
  • • Build and execute global enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success—training hundreds of reps on objection handling, competitive differentiation, and use-case storytelling tailored to the generative and agentic AI market.
  • • Serve as the external face of WalkMe AI—evangelizing our vision at industry conferences, analyst briefings, partner summits, and customer advisory boards to cement WalkMe’s reputation as the category-defining Digital Adoption Platform.
  • • Continuously monitor product-line health through KPI dashboards (ARR growth, win/loss rates, attach rates, NPS) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for pricing tweaks, roadmap pivots, and GTM optimizations.
  • • Architect partner-ecosystem strategies with leading SI, ISV, and hyperscaler alliances to co-sell joint AI solutions and expand WalkMe’s reach into new verticals and geographies.
  • • Translate complex technical functionality—agent orchestration, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation—into crisp narratives that inspire both technical practitioners and executive buyers.
  • • Champion customer evidence initiatives: sourcing win stories, ROI metrics, and video testimonials that arm sellers with proof points and accelerate deal cycles.
  • • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Brand teams to create high-impact campaigns (webinars, whitepapers, interactive demos) that generate qualified pipeline for AI offerings.
  • • Influence long-term product strategy by feeding market signals, competitive gaps, and emerging customer needs directly into quarterly roadmap planning sessions.
  • • Foster a culture of experimentation—running A/B tests on messaging, packaging, and pricing to uncover the most effective levers for growth in the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • • Mentor junior PMMs and cross-functional teammates, sharing best practices in storytelling, positioning, and launch excellence to elevate the entire marketing organization.
