  • • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for every feature release and new product at Ashby. You will be the single-threaded owner who translates deep technical specs into crisp value propositions, messaging, demo scripts, and customer-facing assets that Sales, CS, and Solutions Engineering can use on day one.
  • • Serve as the resident product expert and translator-in-chief. When a prospect asks, “How does this actually help me hire faster?” you already have a two-minute story, a one-pager, and a 30-second GIF that answers the question in plain English. You’ll spend time in the codebase, Figma mocks, and customer calls so you can speak fluently to both engineers and recruiters.
  • • Host quarterly Tier-1 launch events that make the market take notice. You’ll script the keynote, line up customer speakers, produce polished demo videos, and coordinate cross-functional teams so each launch feels like a product-led growth moment rather than a routine release note.
  • • Build scalable systems that let a lean PMM team punch above its weight. Automate release checklists, templatize asset creation, and leverage AI to draft first-pass copy so you can reinvest saved hours into higher-leverage narrative work.
  • • Co-create with Ashby’s thoughtful, engaged customer base. You’ll run beta feedback sessions, turn power-user stories into case studies, and package real workflows into enablement decks that front-line teams genuinely enjoy using.
  • • Shape Ashby’s overarching product narrative. You’ll connect individual launches to the broader platform story—showing how scheduling, analytics, CRM, and automation weave together into a modern operating system for talent acquisition.
  • • Partner daily with Product Managers, Designers, Solutions Engineers, Sales, CS, and RevOps. You are not a service desk; you are a strategic partner invited to roadmap reviews, pricing debates, and customer QBRs.
  • • Produce a high volume of polished assets: blog posts, one-pagers, demo videos, internal launch docs, competitive battlecards, and interactive product tours. You write the copy, storyboard with design, and obsess over every frame and pixel.
  • • Enable the revenue organization. Build certification quizzes, run virtual bootcamps, and maintain a living library of talk-tracks so every AE can demo new features confidently within 48 hours of launch.
  • • Measure what matters. Define launch KPIs—feature adoption, pipeline influence, win-rate uplift—and iterate quickly. You’ll share dashboards with leadership and use insights to refine the next cycle.
  • • Champion editorial clarity across the company. You are the final eye before anything ships, catching inconsistencies, jargon, and missed opportunities to speak like a human.
  • • Thrive in a fast-growing, remote-first startup where priorities evolve weekly. You balance scrappy execution with long-term systems thinking, always asking, “How does this scale when we’re 3Ă— the size?”
  • • Bring first-principles thinking to every challenge. Whether it’s pricing a new SKU or naming a feature, you start with customer pain and work backwards—not from competitive checklists or internal politics.
  • • Enjoy direct access to the CEO and exec team. Your insights from the field regularly influence roadmap decisions, and your launch retros are standing-room-only events.
