- • As a Brand Manager at Aisle3, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and success for a portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands operating on Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role is pivotal, positioning you as a primary owner of your clients' achievements and a key liaison between their strategic objectives and our agency's execution capabilities.
- • Your core mission is to ensure client satisfaction by deeply understanding their goals and translating them into actionable strategies. You will be the central point of contact, fostering strong relationships and providing the insights and recommendations that shape their businesses.
- • You will orchestrate collaboration between clients and Aisle3's internal specialist teams, including Performance Marketers, Operations & Logistics Managers, Graphic Designers, and Catalog Specialists. This involves gathering in-depth knowledge and data from these teams to inform your strategic guidance.
- • A significant part of your role will be contributing to and presenting bi-weekly performance reports. This isn't just about data; it's about crafting compelling narratives that highlight key insights, demonstrate progress, and reinforce the value of our partnership, ensuring projects move forward effectively.
- • You will actively participate in defining and refining client strategies across a spectrum of eCommerce initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, catalog architecture, go-to-market assortments, design strategy, copywriting and SEO optimization, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- • Ensuring seamless project execution is paramount. You will work closely with specialist teams to guarantee that client deliverables are completed on time, meet our high-quality standards, and function effectively. Proactive issue identification and escalation to department heads will be crucial to prevent any tasks from falling through the cracks.
- • Performance analysis is a cornerstone of this role. You will dive deep into client data, examining metrics such as Conversion Rate (CVR), sales trends, performance marketing data, and inventory availability. This analysis, combined with market research, will uncover opportunities for sales growth, which you will then collaborate with specialist teams to implement.
- • You will engage with external stakeholders, including Amazon Account Managers, to explore potential partnerships, pilot new features, and secure beta opportunities that can provide a competitive edge for your clients.
- • The development and presentation of strategic action plans to clients will be a regular activity. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to build these plans, ensuring all components are well-defined and achievable within set timelines.
- • Maintaining and expanding a broad understanding of all facets of marketplace eCommerce is essential. You will act as a bridge, connecting the detailed work of specialist teams to the overarching strategic goals of the client, ensuring a holistic approach.
- • Staying ahead of eCommerce trends is critical. You will champion a forward-thinking approach, ensuring Aisle3 and its clients benefit from early adoption of new strategies, beta programs, platform flexibility, successful product launches, and innovative ideas.
- • You will contribute to Aisle3's culture of continuous learning and expertise by participating in and contributing to training documentation, personal development, and bi-weekly company knowledge-sharing sessions.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive tangible sales growth for your client portfolio, demonstrating the impact of strategic management and effective execution.
- • This role requires a proactive, analytical, and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You will be empowered to make strategic decisions, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams towards shared success.
- • You will become proficient in utilizing key platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and the Amazon Advertising Console, leveraging their capabilities to optimize client performance.
- • Your ability to synthesize complex information, communicate it clearly to diverse audiences (from client executives to internal specialists), and translate insights into actionable plans will be key to your effectiveness.
- • You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative spirit, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards the common goal of client success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- • 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce, or a complementary Account Management role.
- • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Advertising).
- • Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenging situations.
- • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, apply critical thinking, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively across multiple clients and internal teams.
- • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "go-getter" attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
- • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with statistical data analysis.
