  • • Your primary focus will be on developing and refining our go-to-market strategies, encompassing market entry, product launches, and expansion into new customer segments and geographies. This involves conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key trends, unmet needs, and potential growth areas. You will translate these insights into actionable strategies, defining target audiences, value propositions, and optimal channels for reaching and engaging customers.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of GTM plans. You will partner with Product Management to align GTM strategies with product roadmaps, ensuring that new features and offerings are positioned effectively in the market. You will work closely with Marketing to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive demand generation.
  • • Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to define sales strategies, enablement programs, and channel partnerships that support GTM objectives. This includes identifying key sales plays, developing sales collateral, and providing insights to optimize sales performance. You will also engage with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience and to gather feedback for continuous improvement of our GTM approach.
  • • You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives, establishing robust tracking mechanisms, and regularly reporting on progress and outcomes to senior leadership. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the effectiveness of different GTM strategies, identifying areas for optimization, and making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
  • • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global markets, business development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will need to be adept at navigating complex business challenges, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and driving consensus towards shared goals. The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, preferably within the SaaS or HR tech industry.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • • Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and strategic planning.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
