  • • We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Product & Design organization. This pivotal role will define the positioning, launch strategies, and scaling plans for the entire Super.com product portfolio, encompassing our membership, fintech, earnings, and travel offerings. Reporting directly to the SVP of Product & Design, you will operate at the critical intersection of product, design, data, and growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to craft and own the compelling narrative of Super.com, translating complex product functionalities into simple, differentiated, and customer-centric stories. This will be instrumental in driving product adoption, enhancing user engagement, and fostering long-term customer retention.
  • • This role is ideal for individuals excited by the prospect of tackling 0-to-1 product bets, scaling successful products, and building a cohesive portfolio story within a rapidly evolving market. You will be granted significant ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to make a substantial impact.
  • • The Product & Design organization is dedicated to shaping exceptional end-to-end product experiences across all our core platforms. We foster a highly collaborative environment, working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Brand, and Growth teams. Our approach is data-informed, and we operate through Mission Aligned Teams (MATs) focused on Fintech, Earnings, Travel, and our Incubation Hub.
  • • We pride ourselves on moving quickly, testing rigorously, and maintaining a deep commitment to quality, from the strategic vision and positioning to the final piece of product copy. You will join a team that values clear, impactful narratives, sharp positioning, and a strong product-market message fit. We expect Product Marketing to function as a strategic partner, driving insights and influencing product direction, rather than merely a service function.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Owning the product positioning and messaging for core Super.com offerings such as membership, our card product, earnings features, and travel services. Ensuring all messaging is clear, distinct from competitors, and grounded in customer needs and feedback.
  • • Developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products, features, and experiments. This involves close collaboration with General Managers (GMs), Product, Design, Data, and Growth teams to ensure successful launches that drive adoption and revenue.
  • • Building and maintaining a unified portfolio narrative that seamlessly connects our diverse products. This cohesive story will articulate a clear, compelling value proposition for our members across all touchpoints and channels.
  • • Leading in-depth customer, competitive, and market insights research. This intelligence will directly inform product strategy, refine positioning, guide pricing and packaging decisions, and influence roadmap prioritization.
  • • Collaborating closely with Lifecycle CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to guarantee message-market fit across all customer touchpoints, including advertisements, landing pages, in-product interfaces, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • • Defining key success metrics for all product launches and marketing campaigns. Developing robust measurement plans and leveraging experimentation and analytics to iterate on strategies and scale successful initiatives.
  • • Creating essential internal enablement materials, such as presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs. These resources will equip cross-functional partners with a clear understanding of our product roadmap, the strategic importance of new releases, and effective communication strategies.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping how Super.com communicates its value proposition to the market, ensuring our products resonate with target audiences and drive sustained growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field within consumer tech, fintech, travel, or subscription-based membership products.
  • • Demonstrated track record of leading successful go-to-market launches that resulted in measurable business impact (e.g., activation, conversion, engagement, or revenue).
  • • Proven experience partnering effectively within a product trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineering) and thriving in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment.
  • • Strong abilities in crafting compelling positioning and messaging, with clear examples of translating complex products into simple, persuasive narratives across various channels.
  • • Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and iterative campaign/in-product experience improvements.
  • • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders, including GMs, Marketing, Product, and Design leaders.
  • • A strong bias for action, an ownership mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity while consistently delivering structured, clear, and high-quality work.
