  • • About the Role:
  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and compensation-focused operator with exceptional data fluency and a builder's mindset geared towards scalability. This role will have end-to-end ownership of our token grants process. You will be responsible for designing the underlying infrastructure, implementing robust controls, and developing automations that ensure the accuracy, auditability, and speed of awards as our volume continues to grow exponentially. This position is analogous to an equity administrator in its management of the award lifecycle, but with a stronger emphasis on compensation program strategy and execution rather than pure accounting. Your primary focus will be on program execution, enabling stakeholders, strategic forecasting, and ensuring data integrity. You will be instrumental in building systems that simplify and enhance the reliability of token compensation for both employees and leadership.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Own the complete lifecycle of token award programs and processes, from initial candidate and employee education regarding token grants, through the meticulous creation and execution of grants, to ongoing tracking, management of vesting and release events, and providing clear, timely updates to employees.
  • • Maintain comprehensive visibility into token pools, collaborating closely with Finance and People leadership to manage budgeting and conduct ongoing forecasting. Develop sophisticated dashboards and recurring reports that empower leaders with actionable insights and enable self-service data access.
  • • Act as the central point of contact for all compensation-related inquiries, scaling enablement through the creation of comprehensive documentation, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and engaging internal training sessions.
  • • Uphold the highest standards of data integrity across all token compensation systems. This involves building proactive checks, implementing rigorous reconciliation processes, and establishing audit-ready controls designed to prevent issues before they can impact reporting accuracy or employee trust.
  • • Design and implement scalable solutions by identifying operational bottlenecks, systematically eliminating manual tasks, and enhancing process resilience to ensure sustained reliability as operational volume increases.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, People Operations, and Product/Engineering teams to refine existing processes and successfully implement significant operational changes.
  • • Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting capabilities using SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet functions, with an unwavering commitment to data quality, precise reconciliation logic, and the creation of repeatable reporting mechanisms.
  • • Build and refine sophisticated dashboards and quality assurance systems, including automated checks, anomaly detection, and reconciliation pipelines, to progressively reduce risk and enhance accuracy over time.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience within compensation programs.
