📋 Description

• • The Proposal Associate – RFIs role leads RFI writing responsibilities for assigned projects, supports overall content management, and completes additional RFI writing team tasks as needed, playing a critical part in securing new business by crafting compelling, accurate, and timely responses to client inquiries.
• • Day to day, the person will develop robust RFI responses in Word, Excel, and other formats; collaborate with Account Directors and subject matter experts to gather and customize content; proofread, edit, and revise documents for accuracy and clarity; manage timelines and priorities to meet deadlines; act as a focal point for information collection; and maintain the content library with updated materials from RFI development.
