- • As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to deliver personalized, accessible, and affordable healthcare by compounding non-sterile medications that directly impact patient outcomes. - • You will maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards by adhering to site-specific SOPs, wearing appropriate PPE, and handling hazardous drugs with precision, contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory excellence in a fast-growing, innovative pharmacy environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include compounding non-sterile medications with exacting accuracy, maintaining detailed compounding records, and ensuring all preparations meet quality and safety benchmarks before dispensing.
- • You will actively maintain the compounding lab and pharmacy workspace by cleaning equipment, sanitizing work counters, and organizing supplies to uphold aseptic conditions and operational efficiency.
- • You will receive, verify, and restock incoming medication orders, manage inventory rotation, remove expired or outdated stock, and keep accurate stock records to prevent shortages or waste.
- • You will serve as a key liaison between technicians and pharmacists, promptly reporting lab-related issues, providing quality assurance support, and assisting the Pharmacist in Charge with efficiency metrics and process improvements.
- • You will support record-keeping initiatives by documenting compounding activities, batch records, and equipment logs, ensuring traceability and readiness for audits or inspections.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in the State of Ohio with active national certification.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmacy practice, including hazardous drug handling.
- • Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts, with availability for either Front Half Days (Sun–Wed, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM) or Back Half Days (Wed–Sat, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM).
