- • As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician on the night shift at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to deliver personalized, affordable, and accessible healthcare by compounding non-sterile medications that directly impact patient outcomes. Your work ensures the safe, accurate, and timely preparation of customized treatments, forming a vital link in the healthcare delivery chain from diagnosis to doorstep.
- • You will be responsible for adhering to strict safety and environmental protocols, including proper PPE use, while compounding medications, maintaining precise compounding records, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the compounding lab and pharmacy workspace. This includes cleaning equipment, work counters, and managing inventory through receiving, verifying, restocking, rotating, and removing outdated medications.
- • You will collaborate closely with pharmacists and the Pharmacy Team, communicating lab-related issues, providing quality assurance support, and assisting in record keeping and reporting efficiency metrics to the Pharmacist in Charge to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- • The role is based onsite at the New Albany, Ohio facility, operating on overnight shifts—either Front Half Nights (Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM) or Back Half Nights (Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM)—with shift differentials applied, offering a structured yet impactful schedule for those who thrive in focused, independent environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio with active national certification (CPhT)
- • Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmacy practice
- • Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, consisting of four 10-hour overnight shifts
