📋 Description

• Implement Epicor’s suite of FP&A software products for financial reporting, budgeting, planning, profitability, and consolidations for customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and automotive industries.
• Train customers on functional and technical aspects of Epicor’s FP&A solutions, ensuring effective adoption and usage.
• Advise clients on best practices for financial reporting, budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting requirements across multiple departments and divisions.
• Specialize in report writing within Epicor FP&A, building complex financial reports from scratch using advanced analytical techniques.
• Act as a liaison between Epicor’s product management team and end-user communities to relay feedback and drive product improvements.
• Maintain the integrity of sensitive customer financial data in full compliance with company policies and data control standards.
• Serve in a business advisory capacity, leveraging expertise in consolidation, statutory reporting, and international accounting standards (GAAP).
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, execution, training, and post-go-live support for clients.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets; identify potential risks and proactively recommend additional services to ensure customer success.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within agreed parameters, anticipating issues that could impact estimates or budgets.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and support financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI calculations including EBIT, EBITDA, and cash flow mapping.
• Communicate effectively with both business-oriented and IT-oriented stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to diagnose financial system issues and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Maintain professional competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients.
• Travel up to 25% to support client engagements and on-site implementation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, or financial planning and analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (month-end, quarter-end, year-end)
• Knowledge of accounting standards, consolidation under multiple GAAPs, and statutory reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to interact with both business and IT clients with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
