• • As a Consumer Financial Collections Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our Financial Services team, operating as a fully remote employee. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve post-charge-off accounts, ensuring optimal recovery and maintaining positive customer relationships where possible.
• • You will meticulously review accounts that have been charged off, assessing their disposition and formulating strategic collection action recommendations. These recommendations will be presented to management for approval and subsequent implementation, requiring a keen understanding of financial recovery processes.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve direct contact with account holders. You will engage with them to arrange payment plans, negotiate settlements, or secure full payment of outstanding balances, always adhering to the business's established parameters and guidelines.
