- • As a Content Analyst on the Global Content Operations team at Flexera, you will play a critical role in collecting, curating, researching, and validating customer-discovered and market data that powers Flexera’s product portfolio and data platform, directly enabling technology value optimization for enterprise IT, finance, procurement, and cloud teams.
- • Day to day, you will conduct research and investigate software and hardware products from diverse sources, curate data into the Content Database, track market trends across IT, medical, finance, and banking sectors, resolve content-related issues by identifying root causes, ensure data consistency and quality, and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product Management on data enrichment and gap-fill requests.
- • You will join a global team within Flexera, a leader in Hybrid ITAM and FinOps with over 50,000 customers worldwide, recognized by Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as a category leader, dedicated to transforming the software industry through its Technology Intelligence Platform and the world’s largest repository of technology asset, vulnerability, and open-source data.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data analysis, IT asset management, software licensing, and cloud technologies while developing strong research, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration skills, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge base enrichment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Firm understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM), software and hardware assemblies, version, edition, and release management
- • Familiarity of software licensing including open source and vulnerabilities
- • Authoritative knowledge of at least one mainstream development language such as Java, Python, Go, or Javascript
- • Familiar with stored procedures in SQL/Oracle Server
- • Strong research skills, able to investigate, locate, and collect specific information quickly and accurately
- • Strong reading comprehension skills, able to extract specific content from web pages, documentation, and technical articles
- • Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data and organizing them according to specific rules and patterns
- • Familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA
- • Knowledge of databases, APIs, SQL, scripting languages, and process automation is advantageous
- • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
