- • As a Content & Communications Associate at Parity Technologies Limited, you will play a vital role in amplifying the company’s mission to build decentralized web infrastructure by ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across all channels. Your work will directly support Parity’s vision of making Polkadot the most active and innovative blockchain ecosystem, helping bridge complex technical developments with accessible storytelling for global audiences.
- • You will draft and format content for social media, blog posts, and external communications, tailoring tone and structure to suit diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency and technical accuracy.
- • You will support the creation and adaptation of technical and product-related content in close collaboration with engineering and product teams, translating complex blockchain concepts into clear, engaging narratives for developers, users, and stakeholders.
- • You will assist in managing the content and social media calendar, coordinating publishing schedules across platforms to ensure timely, strategic delivery of announcements, updates, and educational material.
- • You will coordinate content assets—including copy, visuals, and stakeholder approvals—and oversee the publishing process across Parity’s website, social channels, and external platforms, ensuring all materials meet quality and compliance standards.
- • You will conduct research on industry trends, ecosystem developments, and competitor activities to inform content planning, helping Parity stay ahead in the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.
- • You will support PR activities by drafting press materials, conducting media research, assisting with outreach coordination, and tracking media coverage to measure the impact of communications efforts.
- • You will track basic content performance metrics using available tools and support reporting on content effectiveness, contributing to data-informed refinements in messaging and strategy.
- • You will collaborate with a remote-first, global team of builders and communicators who are passionate about advancing decentralized technology, gaining exposure to cutting-edge blockchain innovation while sharpening your skills in technical communication and cross-functional coordination.
- • You will develop expertise in translating intricate technical subjects into compelling stories, building a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to operate at the intersection of technology, communications, and community engagement in one of the most dynamic sectors of the internet’s evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, structured content in English, including adapting tone for different audiences and channels
- • Experience working with or around technical subject matter, with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts
- • Evidence of managing multiple content tasks or workflows (e.g. content calendars, publishing schedules, coordination with stakeholders)
- • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through consistently accurate, well-structured written work
- • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final content outputs
