📋 Description

• The Content Designer role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients by creating engaging visual and video assets that drive brand awareness, social engagement, lead generation, and conversion across paid and organic digital channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing short-form and long-form video assets for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube; creating graphics for performance marketing and organic social content; repurposing existing assets into multiple formats; and using AI tools to optimize creative for engagement, reach, and conversion.
• The role involves close collaboration with marketing, growth, and content teams to align creative with campaign objectives, maintain organized asset libraries, and support scheduling and publishing across platforms.
• The Content Designer will gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, AI-enabled content workflows, and cross-platform creative strategy, with opportunities to advance into senior content or creative lead roles based on performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar design and editing tools
• Experience creating short-form and long-form assets across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to repurpose existing content into multiple formats and creative variations
• Experience using AI-enabled content creation workflows is a strong plus
