Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As Content Lead for EMEA Courses & Events at Ashby Inc., you will own the full programming for Ashby One London, scale talent leader courses across the EMEA region, and develop events content strategy in partnership with the AMER-based Content Lead. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content, where you will shape how Ashby’s educational and event-driven content resonates with talent leaders and HR professionals in Europe.
- • Day to day, you will develop content roadmaps for EMEA conferences and events, source and coordinate internal and external speakers, build presentation assets with design support, scale existing course and certification programs, listen to customer calls weekly to align content with ICP needs, write copy for landing pages, emails, and social media, and collaborate closely with Partnerships, Events, and Community teams to ensure alignment.
- • Ashby is a fast-growing SaaS company where content is deeply valued as a strategic function. The marketing team operates with autonomy, low meeting culture, and a strong emphasis on principled thinking over rigid playbooks. You’ll join a team that builds owned content pillars like the Talent Trends Report, Offer Accepted Podcast, and premium Courses & Events, all while being encouraged to experiment, repurpose content, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
- • In this role, you will learn to blend content strategy with product understanding, develop end-to-end marketing ownership, refine your intuition-driven approach to audience needs, and gain experience scaling educational programs in a B2B SaaS context. You’ll also strengthen your ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining full ownership of your workstreams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience owning presentation-style content formats and building educational programs
- • Proven ability to scale courses, certifications, or event-based content initiatives
- • Strong writing and copywriting skills for landing pages, emails, and social media
- • Experience working closely with customer insights to inform content strategy
- • Comfort with autonomy, self-directed work, and low-meeting environments
- • Willingness to learn and integrate SaaS product knowledge into content
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and equity
- • Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year
- • Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave (US, with plans to expand internationally)
- • $100/month education budget with manager approval for conferences
- • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget
- • Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate marketing team
