- • As Director, Integrated Media Strategy & Planning at DEPT Holding B.V., you will lead the expansion of the Integrated Planning and Strategy practice across North America and globally, serving as both an agency developer and strategic client partner to drive lasting growth for world-class brands.
- • Day to day, you will lead full-funnel, data-driven media strategies for nationally and internationally recognized brands, partner with Business Development on new business pitches, navigate complex multi-agency (IAT) environments, champion advanced media research and data science tools, oversee strategic output quality across account teams, and mentor a team of Associate Directors and Managers to foster relentless curiosity and high-performance collaboration.

- • In this role, you will refine best-in-class processes across B2B and B2C verticals, deepen your expertise in integrating media with content, commerce, and technology, strengthen your leadership in high-stakes client and partner environments, and shape the future of media strategy innovation at a globally recognized, purpose-led agency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-11 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning, with at least 4 years focused on Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
- • Proven track record of winning new business and retaining/growing high-value client relationships
- • Expertise in utilizing research and measurement tools (ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics, etc.) to drive strategy
- • Experience working within or leading Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) for large-scale, global accounts
- • Exceptional leadership instincts with ability to inspire followership and manage senior-level client expectations
- • Deep knowledge of how media intersects with Content, Commerce, and Technology to create seamless digital experiences
- • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale media budgets and agency resource planning
