• • As a CRO Specialist at Foxelli Group, you will own and grow conversion performance across one to two e-commerce brands, directly impacting revenue and profitability through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, and running split tests across key pages and funnels, analyzing user behavior and test results, building clear hypotheses, maintaining a testing roadmap, and collaborating with designers, developers, and web designers to execute and monitor experiments.
